Catalogue Request Update & Email Newsletter Request

After much deliberation, debate and consultation with our customers we have decided not to produce a paper based catalogue for the foreseeable future.

Our decision is primarily based upon our very personal view that there is already far too much 'junk mail' and other paper based products and catalogues produced and mailed out throughout the country. As a retailer who strives to provide ethically sourced and sustainable produced products we felt that it was hypocritical to then send out thousands of catalogues every year.

We did not take this decision lightly. Many people told us that if our business was to grow we simply must have a catalogue as journalists in particular like to have something 'in hand' to look at which is crucial to achieving regular PR. In the end however we decided to stick to our guns!

We feel that we can far more effectively communicate with our customers through regular email newsletters, updates and bulletins. This will mean that we can bring you news of sales, new items and other important news in a flash, without the need to wait until the next 'quarterly update' as preferred by so many of our competitors.

There is also the fact of cost. The designing, printing and distribution of 4 catalogues a year costs a great deal of money. By making savings by remaining 'internet only' we can continue to offer great value for money on all our products, great special offers and year round free delivery on all orders over £50. This way you benefit from the savings that we make.

We believe that we have made the correct decision not to produce a catalogue and hope our customers will support us by continuing to shop online at Beyond the Rainbow.
