Packing and Delivery Information

Packaging
We will securely package your order to ensure that it makes it to your door in the same condition that it leaves us. We re-use the cardboard that we accumulate (and there is a lot of it!) to dispatch your order in as we don’t believe in wasting resources and increasing costs unnecessarily.

We will also shortly be providing a gift wrapping and card service and further details will appear here in due course. In the meantime if you have a specific request please call us on 01234 267070 and we will endeavour to help you if we can. We stock a range of hand made and specialist greetings cards and gift wrap so we should be able to help with most occasions.

Stock
As the products on our website reflect what is on the shelves of our shop we aim to ensure that most products are in stock. In the event that a product is out of stock we will contact you via email or telephone and advise the revised dispatch date. Should you wish to change or cancel your order at this stage then we will be pleased to action this for you.

Dispatch
Orders in stock are usually dispatched within 2 working days but please allow up to 5 working days during busy periods for us to dispatch your order. If there is a problem with your order we will contact you via email or telephone to resolve any delays.

Delivery
We will use a variety of means to get your order to you safely. This will depend on the overall value, weight and how fast you need your order.

When ordering please advise if you have a specific date when you require your order (e.g. birthday etc) so we can ensure it reaches you on time. There is a place for this when you checkout your order.

Remember we offer free standard delivery on all orders over £50

Collect in Shop
As we are not just an online business and we have a shop we would be delighted to welcome you to Over the Rainbow. Just select the ‘Collect in Shop’ option (Free of Charge obviously) at the checkout stage of your order and we will ensure it is ready for you in 24hrs. If you want to collect sooner, then please call ahead on 01234 267070 to check the availability of stock in the shop.

Standard Delivery
Standard delivery £4.95 and will usually be sent via standard Royal Mail Signed for Parcel Post or FastWay Couriers depending on your location. Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery from day of dispatch.

Next Day Delivery
If you require express delivery and your order is placed before 12.30pm we will get the order dispatched and delivered to you the next day. This express service costs £9.95 and is available Monday to Friday only. Again we will use a variety of couriers depending upon your location and the size and weight of the order.

Please note that free delivery only corresponds to ‘Standard Delivery’ and the 'Next Day Express Service' and is not available as a free of charge.

International Orders
At present we do not offer delivery abroad. If you have a specific requirement please contact us in advance and we will endeavour to assist you.

Exceptions
Please note that certain areas such as the Highlands of Scotland, the Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Ireland and Northern Ireland may incur additional costs. If this is the case we will contact you before dispatching your order. PLEASE NOTE that express next day delivery is not available to the areas listed above.
