Who owns Beyond the Rainbow?
Beyond the Rainbow is a trading name of Rainbow Toys Ltd. Our VAT registration number is 865 2034 31. We are members of the Toy Retailers Association and the Federation of Small Business.

How quickly will I get my order?
All orders that are in stock and on standard delivery will dispatched within 2 working days but please allow for up to 5 days during busy periods. Depending on the delivery service that we use for your order delivery will take between 24hrs and 3 days. Therefore your order will normally be with you within 5 days. If the next day express service is specified and your order is received before 12.30pm then your order will be dispatched the same day. Orders for express delivery received after this time will be dispatched the following day (Monday in the case of orders received after 12.30pm on Saturday)

In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock we will contact you immediately with an estimated delivery date. If multiple items have been ordered we will normally dispatch all items at the same time when the out of stock item arrives unless you advise us otherwise.

In exceptional circumstances please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Do you have everything in stock?
All the products on our website are on sale in our shop. We will always endeavour to keep stocks of all our products. Occasionally products will be out of stock, especially at busy times or for popular lines. In the event that a product is out of stock we will contact you to advise this, explain what when we estimate being able to dispatch it and discuss how you wish to proceed with your order.

How much is delivery?
We offer a number of methods of delivery. Most importantly all orders over £50 are delivered free. Standard delivery for orders under £50 is £4.95. We also offer an express next day service for £9.95. Alternatively you are free to collect your order from our shop, of course at no charge. Please allow 24hrs or call ahead to check the stock is at the shop is you choose to collect earlier.

Please note that certain areas such as the Highlands of Scotland, the Scilly Isles, Channel Islands and Isle of Man may incur additional costs. If this is the case we will contact you before dispatching your order. Please note that express next day delivery is not available to these areas. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express. We also accept cheques. Please note that if you wish to pay by cheque please allow an additional 14 days for your payment to be received and to clear.

Can I order by phone?
You should find ordering via our website very easy however if you prefer to call us at Over the Rainbow on 01234 267070 to place your order please feel free. Please note our opening hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Saturday.

How do I find what I'm looking for on Beyond the Rainbow?
We have made every effort to ensure that you can find what you are looking for quickly and easily and choose from a selection of products that are relevant. You can search using free text, by a specific brand or by a specific age group. In addition the menus on the left hand side of our site provide links to the various categories and sub categories of toys that we offer at Beyond the Rainbow.

We have also ensured that you should never be more than 3 clicks away from completing your order and we have included address lookup software to ensure that we are able to quickly and accurately capture your details (saves you typing in your address) to ensure we minimise delivery delays and errors.

Is it safe to use my credit card on Beyond the Rainbow?
All orders on Beyond the Rainbow go only through an encrypted 'Secure Server' connection. We use Secure Server Certificates supplied by Thawte (www.thawte.com) a partner of Verisign (www.verisign.com) the biggest certificate issuing authority in the world. A secure server connection means that any information, including names and credit card numbers, that passes between the visitors computer and your site is encrypted and couldn't be read by anybody either accidentally or purposely. All payment processing is undertaken by Protx, one of the market leading payment processing companies. We never get to see your credit card details.

Are all of your toys safe?
We make every effort that the products we offer are of the highest quality and completely safe. We have provided a comprehensive guide to toy safety here and each product on the site carries an advisory notice. If you have any questions about the suitability of a toy please do not hesitate to contact us on 01234 267070.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We do not currently offer international delivery as a service. If however you have a specific request that we can help you with please contact us and we will do all we can to accommodate your requirements.

What is your returns policy?
If an item is faulty please contact us on 01234 267070 to arrange its return or a replacement. We will arrange a refund and cover any additional costs incurred in its return.

Can I cancel my order?
We are committed to providing outstanding levels of customer service. If once you have placed an order and wish to cancel it please contact us immediately. If the order has yet to be dispatched we will cancel the order for you and provide a refund. If the goods have been dispatched and the goods are not faulty please contact us to return your order.

What is your privacy policy?
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). Our full Privacy Policy can be read here.

Your products have ages listed against them - what do they mean?
All the products on our website have an age range shown against them which can be searched against. It is meant purely as an indication of the play value of the product and the age of the child it may be suitable for. All children are different and develop at different rates in different areas. It is a discretionary guideline and not an indication of the suitability of a toy on safety grounds.
